Stopa Stooges UNITE! Mark Stopa Assembles A Team Of Judicial Stooges To Create Chaos In Two Circuit Courts In Florida

Last week, Stopa’s long suffering neighbors in the posh community of Bayou Club Estates Golf Community were woken up at 5:30 am.

Stopa spent nearly 30 minutes of standing on his roof in his gay thong underwear cranking a World War II surplus air raid siren. He then followed it with shouting, “STOPA STOOGES UNITE! STOPA STOOGES UNITE!” for 10 minutes through a bullhorn.

What is it that has Mark Stopa so unhinged?

Well, nearly two years ago, Stopa managed to con a borderline senile Pinellas County Judge Jack Helinger into issuing a family court injunction against world famous blogger and MFI-Miami owner Steve Dibert.

Disbarred Psycho Stopa Could Not Prove He Was A Victim Of Cyberstalking

Stopa falsely accused Dibert of “criminally cyberstalking” him and his family. Stopa went crying to Pinellas County Family Court so he didn’t have to put up a bond.

However, after 150 hours of court hearings and depositions, three different criminal investigations (initiated by Stopa) and the case being handled by four different judges, the injunction was finally permanently dissolved by well respected Family Court Judge Doneene Loar.

psychotic mark stopa Loar ruled that Stopa’s arguments that Dibert owned any websites like MarkStopaCrimes.com were unpersuasive and lacked any merit.

This ruling was similar to ruling by Family Court Judge Aaron Hubbard.

But since Stopa didn’t like the ruling by Hubbard, he used his bromance influence with then-Chief Judge Rondolino to have Hubbard disqualified from the case.

Stopa has also created another problem for himself. He has made his bogus “criminal cyberstalking” allegations the centerpiece of his civil complaint that he originally filed against Dibert in 2019. Now, his Stopa Stooges can’t help him.

Now Stopa is at his wit’s end and losing badly. He has nothing and doesn’t know what to do. So much for the self-proclaimed GOAT lawyer!

Stopa Stooges UNITE! Scamburglar Tries To Recruit Pinellas County Judges He Thinks Like Him

Stopa is now attempting to create a team of Stopa-friendly judges affectionately known as the Stopa Stooges.

They include retired 6th Circuit Chief Judge Anthony Rondolino and Pinellas Family Court Judge Jack Helinger.

In addition, he is trying to recruit Family Court Judge Della Cope. Stopa has issued subpoenas to the three demanding they all sit for a deposition in a case in Orange County that doesn’t involve Dibert.

Despite having ZERO EVIDENCE, the disbarred lawyer claims there is another mass conspiracy afoot to destroy him. He thinks these Stopa Stooges are going to help him. Why? Because the three have been mentioned on MarkStopaCrimes.com.

Stopa is trying to get the three judges to go on the record to support his wacky conspiracy theory that Dibert is the owner of all websites that are critical of Stopa.

Here’s a breakdown of the Stopa Stooges:

Stopa Stooge #1: Retired 6th Circuit Chief Judge Anthony Rondolino

Stopa claims he and Rondolino have have had an on-and-off bromance for nearly a decade. Stopa even wrote about it in his book, People v. Money.

Rondolino even violated judicial ethics in getting involved with Stopa’s legal dispute with Dibert and advised Stopa on how to get around 6th Circuit not having jurisdiction over Dibert.

Ironically, Rondolino once appeared on Stopa’s judicial enemies list.

Stopa Stooge #2: Senile Judge Jack Helinger Conspires With Stopa

In December 2022, Stopa conned senile Pinellas Judge Jack Helinger into illegally issuing a cyberstalking injunction against Dibert.

Well, for starters, the Pinellas County Family Court had no jurisdiction over Dibert who at the time lived 200 miles away in Palm Beach County.

Dibert was served 2 days before the hearing. Of course, Helinger and Stopa knowingly conspired to violate Florida Rules of Civil Procedure.

Helinger also denied Dibert the right to seek legal counsel and openly bragged about ignoring Dibert’s motions. The senile geriatric jurist also had secret ex-parte communications with Stopa and Rondolino during the injunction process. It didn’t seem to bother him that this was inappropriate and unethical.

Yes, Judge Helinger, we have the emails to prove it and the audio recordings from the hearing.

Did Helinger Conspire With Stopa And Rondolino?

During the hearing, Stopa made a number of false statements to Helinger that convinced him to issue the injunction in Dibert’s absence. Stopa told Helinger that Rondolino filed a criminal referral regarding Dibert to the 6th Circuit State Attorney’s Office. However, this never happened.

Rumor has it Dibert is currently drafting a JQC complaint against Helinger for knowingly violating his civil rights.

You may also remember Judge Helinger. Stopa issued a press release in 2019 calling him a crooked judge who takes kickbacks and bribes from Wall Street banks.

Stopa Stooge #3: Lady Raccoon Killer Della Cope

Stopa has also subpoenaed Pinellas County Family Court Judges Della Cope aka Lady Raccoon Killer demanding she sit for a deposition.

If you don’t know, Judge Cope was embroiled in a massive ethics scandal with her ambulance chasing attorney husband Thomas Cope for murdering a baby raccoon.

Turns out Judge Della and her husband liked to venture into international waters to partake in recreational substances and create provocative video content for certain types of subscribers.

While Thomas and Della were doing who knows what off camera, a terrified baby raccoon crawled out of the ship’s hold and was clinging to the top rail.

Baby Raccoon Batted Overboard

An apparently intoxicated Thomas Cope grabbed a boat oar and clubbed the baby raccoon until it fell overboard.

Wounded but still alive, the poor baby coon started swimming away from the boat crying out for its mother.

The demonic duo were caught laughing on tape filming the baby raccoon as it swam to it’s death.

The poor coon left a trail of blood from a large wound on the side of its head. The coon was never seen again and authorities fear the worst. The baby raccoon was eaten by sharks.

Clueless Cope Shouldn’t Be Sitting On The Bench

**Judge Della Cope is Absolutely Clueless**

In September 2023, Cope presided over a hearing which she failed to disclose her previous employment as corporate counsel for the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office who was investigating Dibert over Stopa’s false claims of cyberstalking.

Cope should have disclosed this in court and or voluntarily disqualified herself from the case.

She didn’t.

Cope also allowed Stopa to play “Gotcha” by letting him present evidence that was not previously disclosed.

She refused Dibert’s motion to strike Stopa’s questions and testimony of PCSO Detective Orlowsky. Orlowsky had refused to give Dibert the details of his investigation prior to the hearing.

Cope then denied Dibert’s request to seek legal counsel.

She also had ex-parte communication with Mark Stopa during a break in the September 18th hearing.

Cope later adamantly denied it.

However, Dibert allegedly has a recording of it.

Oh, and let’s not forget, she and her husband had been friends with Mark Stopa since they went to law school together. Another fact she should have disclosed and/or disqualified herself from the case over.

Judge Sets A Trap For Blogger

Cope then issued a ruling for the September hearing at 4:45pm on November 17, 2023 (the Friday before Thanksgiving) finding Dibert in criminal contempt (which was later overturned by Judge Loar).

She ordered Dibert to appear in her courtroom at 9am November 27, 2023 at 9:00am (the Monday after Thanksgiving) or she was going to issue an arrest warrant.

She did this knowing Dibert was in Ecuador at the time and there was no way he could meet her ridiculous and unrealistic demand.

However, after Dibert filed a motion to disqualify Cope on these grounds, Cope dumped the hearing on Judge Loar at 12:45pm. The hearing was at 1pm.

Judge Loar issued the arrest warrant. In Loar’s defense, she received the file 15 minutes before the hearing and probably didn’t know what to do.

However, after reviewing Cope’s improper ruling, Loar later lifted the arrest warrant to Stopa’s extreme displeasure.

Dibert Files JQC Complaint Against Judge Cope

**Judge Cope’s Career is Over Before it Started**

Dibert filed a JQC complaint against Cope in December 2023.

In the complaint, Dibert detailed how Cope’s draconian actions regarding the criminal contempt were obviously intentional. Apparently, she didn’t like that Dibert called her out on the record for having ex-parte communication with Stopa in the middle of the September 18th hearing.

Because of all this Della Cope became the first freshman judge in Florida to be investigated by the JQC within her first 11 month on the bench.
