Law enforcement is closing in on Stopa and his crime family co-conspirator mobster mom wife Adrienne Federico.

Authorities in Tallahassee say the arrest and indictment of Stopa and Federico is imminent. As the Stopa arrest slowly inches its way to becoming a reality, Stopa may not have the money to continue to pay his high-power lawyer, Todd Foster.

A Largo title insurance company executive confirmed Mark Stopa is now frantically liquidating all his crime family real estate holdings. He said Stopa is dumping all his single-family homes and vacant land holdings all over the State for fast cash.

A man whose sister was scammed by Stopa reported to MarkStopaVictims.com that he spotted Adrienne in a Pinellas Park pawn shop pawning over $100,000 + of Stopa’s Buffalo Bills memorabilia for $10,000 cash.

Friends say the house is nearly empty, the pool is green and the family is sitting in lawn chairs in the living room and sleeping on air mattresses in the bedrooms.

They also say Stopa can no longer afford pool and lawn care service so he can be seen on weekends cleaning the pool and pushing a beat up old lawn mower by hand.

She stated she was standing in line at the checkout counter a few carts behind Stopa’s wife, Adrienne.

Apparently, after the cashier rang up Federico, Federico tried to pay with a credit card. Then another and another.

Federico’s credit/debit cards kept getting declined.

Federico became more agitated with every denial. Soon, she grabbed her phone from her purse and began screaming at someone (the reader assumed it was Stopa) on the phone demanding they transfer funds.

Federico tried several cards again. Finally, she gave up and stormed out of the store in tears.

Neighbors in the exclusive Bayou Club Estates Golf Community say that for nearly two weeks they have seen a half dozen tow trucks drive past Stopa’s house at 7351 Sawgrass Point Drive.

Remember Stopa’s neighbor Mrs. K? She told MarkStopaVictims.com that one of the tow truck drivers knocked on her front door. She said the burly driver covered in tattoos asked her if Stopa or Federico were still driving a blue Cadillac Escalade. He also asked if she knew when Stopa would be returning home.

Mrs. K. inquired about what this may be about. However, the rugged tow truck wouldn’t say.

Mrs. K. told us she suspects the tow truck driver was a repo man coming to repossess Stopa’s effeminate looking blue Escalade.

St. Peterburg Catholic High School “Asks” Stopa And Federico Not Enroll Their Son In The Fall

Stopa and Federico did receive some great money-saving news last month.

Parents at St Petersburg Catholic High School have told MarkStopaVictims.com that the school administration, including Monsignor Robert Gibbons, has “asked” Stopa and Federico not to enroll the last of their three children at the school in the fall.

Apparently, the school did not like the negative attention that Stopa’s alleged criminal activity has brought to the school.

They also think Stopa and Federico’s alleged scandalous criminal activity is creating a disruptive influence on the student body. So, St. Petersburg Catholic High School decided it’s in their best interests to cut ties to the Stopas.

Stopa And Federico Have More Money For Their Criminal Defense

This may be devastating news to their son. However, it’s great news for Stopa and his wife. They will save $11,000 later this year.

Of course, this is money they will need for Todd Foster’s continued legal representation. Especially after Stopa and Federico get arrested and indicted.
