Is Mark Stopa planning to evade being arrested by FDLE and indicted by the Florida AG’s office?
Stopa announced last week in all his frivolous Pro Se court cases that he is unavailable from June 6th through June 16th. Why? He claims he going to be out of state.
Rumors are flying that the Florida AG’s office is about arrest and indict the disbarred serial fraudster. So, is he leaving to evade an early morning raid and arrest by FDLE? He certainly has the motivation and money to flee Florida.
The Florida AG and the FDLE is known for their early morning raids on the homes of suspects. They also like dragging the suspect out of bed in their underwear in front of their family members. FDLE agents then handcuff the suspect. Law enforcement from various agencies then parade the suspect outside to a waiting police car under the gawking eyes of their gossiping neighbors.
This is probably the most humiliating thing that can happen to a suspect especially a disbarred lawyer like Mark Stopa.
This is enough to make even the most hardened criminal cry. Mark Stopa will cry like a wussy. Stopa’s puffy eyes and his tears will be seen rolling down his cheeks in his mugshot. He’ll probably be screaming “I wanna another depo” and “Yo Adrienne” as he is crammed in the back of the convict cruiser.

Is Stopa On the Run to Shield His Kids From His Public Humiliation?
Former Stopa associates speculate that Stopa could be on the run and taking his kids to a relatives house in New York for the summer. They say Stopa knows that the HUD-OIG and FDLE are closing in and his arrest is imminent so he wants to shield his kids from the public humiliation.
Law enforcement could be arresting and indicting Stopa in a matter of weeks according to law enforcement officials.
Stopa doesn’t want his kids in Florida when it happens. He doesn’t want them to traumatized by witnessing his public humiliation and perp walks in his buffalo bills underwear.
Sources also say that Stopa’s wife Adrienne Federico may also be arrested for conspiracy.
The FDLE raid on Stopa’s law office in 2018 left Stopa’s children traumatized.
A former family friend also stated Stopa and Federico need money. After all, having an attorney on retainer like Todd Foster isn’t cheap. So, they could be taking his 18 year-old aspiring actress daughter to experience her first casting couch in an attempt to get her a fat paycheck from a movie role.
However, they say it is more than likely Stopa and Federico are trying to evade arrest. As a seasoned criminal, Mark Stopa is a serial avoider of process servers and he knows how to hide from cops and avoid arrest.
