Mark Stopa Slapped With a Barrage of Criminal Subpoenas. Is A Criminal Indictment Coming Soon? Is The Florida AG Finally Making A Move?
A former paralegal of the now-defunct Segal & Schuh Law Group is spilling the beans after scumbag Lee Segal stiffed her with a bounced check.
She said Segal & Schuh disbanded virtually overnight. The law firm fell into chaos after authorities hit them with an onslaught of subpoenas and search warrants in 2023. They were looking for details of Mark Stopa’s fraud on the court scams.
At the time, Stopa was running all of his fraud scams out of Segal & Schuh’s office. Lee Segal alleged Stopa was working there as a “paralegal.”
The former paralegal said Stopa was running the show at Segal & Schuh. He was the real boss.
Once the subpoenas were served, Jill Schuh freaked out and completely moved out of the office overnight without telling anyone where she was going.
Consequently, Schuh wound up taking an entry-level position managing a no-name law firm. The law firm doesn’t even have her she is listed as a member of the firm.
The stress caused by Mark Stopa gave Lee Segal a heart attack. Fortunately for his family, he is recovering after taking a plea deal. He was also later suspended by the Florida Bar for help Stopa commit multiple frauds on the court.
Unfazed by the investigation, Stopa promoted former enforcer Chris Hixson to be his new crime boss. As a result of his promotion, Stopa doubled his cut on all fraud on the court scams.
HIXSON LAW GROUP Replaces Segal & Schuh
Stopa and Hixon have partnered up under a new law office named “Hixson Law Group” which is headquartered at the notorious 18167 US Hwy 19 North in Clearwater. Hixson and Stopa set up shop upstairs from where they workd for Segal and Schuh in Suite 250.
So it appears nothing has changed except the name of the law firm.
Word is Lee Segal is also now back working with Stopa and Hixson as a “paralegal.”
Where is the corrupt Florida Bar in all this? Also, why is the Florida Bar doing nothing as criminal disbarred attorney Stopa “plays lawyer”? For over 5 years, he has working under the law license of one scrupulous lawyer after another.
Let’s face it. The Florida Bar also cannot be trusted. Christopher Hixson is listed a “Member in Good Standing.”
That is all you need to know about the corrupt Florida Bar.
New Fraud on the Court Scams in the Works
Hixson and Segal are working with Stopa with his lead crime lady boss Vestalia Aylsworth. Together they are implementing a host of new fraud on the court scams for 2024.
Stopa is also anxious to bank as much money as he can. He knows his day of reckoning is fast approaching.
His main defense is going to be invoking the Statute of Limitations. He is convinced authorities have nothing against him and are barred by SOL.
Stopa and Aylsworth have teamed up to implement a new fraud on the court scam in Duval County, Case 23CC-14195.
Corrupt and clueless Judge Michael Bateh signed the order allowing Stopa and Aylsworth to officially use the court foreclosure system to steal from the public. Remember this clown’s name when he is up for reelection.
Word on the street is authorities are watching this latest scam with great interest. Aylsworth would do well to remove herself from this case before the theft is completed.
That is if she values her law license and freedom.
