Mark Stopa Caught Showing Horrific Disrespect To 6th Circuit Judge Michael Andrews By Saying He Needs To “Grow A Pair!”
Mark Stopa and his lunatic behavior are a gift that keeps on coming for us here at MarkStopaVictims.com. Why? He just doesn’t know when shut the fuck up. This time he exhibited horrifying disrespect by questioning the masculinity of 6th Circuit African-American Judge Michael Andrews.
Judge Andrews is the fourth judge to inherit Stopa’s 4-year-old malicious litigation against a Miami financial blogger since December 2019.
Stopa Is Messing With The Wrong Judge
Judge Andrews spent over 15 years in the criminal division before the court transferred him to the civil division in July.
In criminal court, Judge Andrews distinguished himself and established himself as tough no-nonsense but fair jurist. He also has no tolerance for bullshit. You know, something that oozes out of every orifice of Mark Stopa’s body.
Judge Andrews had to be the strong masculine father figure most of the defendants that appeared before him in criminal court. A lot of these defendants never had a father growing up on the streets.
So, for Stopa to utter such a horrifying disrespect is an outrage. Does Stopa have a psychiatric problem with lack of impulse control or is he just a flaming douche bag with no respect for anyone? We know Stopa has nothing but utter contempt for the court. He even says so in his 800+ diatribe, People v. Money.
Judge Allan made note of Stopa’s lack of insight, impulse control and a laundry list of other psychiatric issues during his disbarment proceedings in 2018 and 2019. After all, Stopa is famous for his 15-year history of false accusations against people. Stopa also has a 15-year documented history of violent and verbal outbursts. Oh, let’s not forget the 100+ judges on his so-called, “Judicial Enemies List”
Now, Judge Andrews is the latest judge in his sights.
Mark Stopa Questions 6th Circuit Judge Michael Andrews’ Masculinity Not Once But Twice
It all started last month when Judge Andrews allowed Stopa to have a third deposition with the blogger. However, Judge Andrews set perimeters to the deposition.
The order specifically states that Stopa cannot arbitrarily set times and dates of the deposition. Judge Michael Andrews also ordered a 2-hour limit on the deposition. In addition, Stopa cannot ask questions that have already been asked in previous depositions or have already been adjudicated.
Naturally, Stopa being Stopa, began violating the order before the ink was dry on the order.
Stopa began unilaterally setting dates. Why? Because the disbarred lawyer thinks he can do whatever he wants and Judge Michael Andrews will shake and tremble before him. You can read the email exchange in the 8/29/2023 filing.
In the August 28, 2023 exchange, Stopa was dumb enough to put his comments in writing, “I can’t wait until judge grows a pair!”
However, Stopa didn’t just say it once. He wrote it again in another email referring to Judge Andrews. He said, “As I said, one of these days, one of these judges will grow a pair…”
Is Mark Stopa Physically Deformed?
Mark Stopa likes to tell Judges to “Grow a Pair” yet he himself is rumored to have been born with a very rare congenital anomaly “Hermaphroditic Penile Agenesis”.
This condition is characterized by a complete absence of the phallus and scrotum. Sadly, this is what prevented Stopa from playing football as a young boy because he repeatedly failed his physical as the doctor couldn’t find anything to examine. It also may also explain why Stopa throws a football like an effeminate weirdo.
This is also what causes Stopa’s gynecomastia and it’s why he is rumored to wear a daily prosthetic to appear as a regular male. His pud-stuffer prosthetic was so successful at fooling people into thinking he is a man, Stopa went into business producing “Grow Some Balls” prosthetics for other eunuchs like him.
Stopa doesn’t realize that he is comedy relief to the judiciary he continually attacks. The majority of the judges in the 6th Circuit all read MarkStopaVictims.com with their morning coffee and look at him as nothing more than an embarrassing hemorrhoid on the Florida legal community.
The only reason they tolerated him before was because he was pals with their former boss, Chief Judge Anthony Rondolino.
However, Rondolino is now gone. Stopa has lost his judicial boogeyman.
Everyone in Stopa’s crime family circle is turning against him or have abandoned him.
FDLE is moving closer and closer. A grand jury has been convened. Stopa’s days as a free man are numbered.
