Otis Elevator Salesman Kyle Stopa likes to portray himself as a loving family man in Jacksonville, Florida. He claims he’s working hard at an honest job as a salesman for Otis Elevator.
However, sources say nothing could be further from the truth.
Yet, all of that appears to be an elaborate ruse and front. Why? Kyle Stopa’s main source of income is as a ruthless Capo enforcer in his brother Mark Stopa’s Stopa Crime family aka The Stopa-Federico Crime Family.
Mark Stopa and Adrienne Federico recruited Kyle and his wife Lindsey Gast Stopa way back in 2010. Federico and the elder Stopa hired them to run their fraud and racketeering operations in Northeast Florida.
However, Kyle Stopa’s wife Lindsey couldn’t take the life of crime anymore. Former friends say the gay sex, drugs, fraud, and corruption were just too much for her.
As a result, Lindsey filed for Divorce in February 2014. Court records indicate the court awarded the former Mrs. Stopa with custody of the kids and her new sugar daddy. Was it because of Kyle Stopa’s involvement in Mark Stopa’s crimes?

Adrienne Federico’s ABPAYMAR Foreclosure Surplus Scam in Duval County Case # 21CC-12711 reveals how Federico’s enforcer Kyle Stopa operates.
He went to the door of 3535 Heron Dr. in Jacksonville Beach and PHYSICALLY THREATENED the owner. The owner was an elderly Army veteran named Neil Samuels.
Samuels described his interaction with Kyle Stopa in a letter filed in a lawsuit against disgraced and disbarred attorney Mark Stopa back in 2011.
The letter is incredibly sad.
Under the direct orders of his disbarred brother Mark, Kyle evicted an elderly man and his disabled father. Kyle and Mark Stopa forced the two of them to literally live in their car.
All so Mark Stopa and Adrienne Federico could begin skimming the rents and unjustly enrich themselves. Sources close to Kyle Stopa say Kyle receives a cut of the rent his brother receives.
Samuels Alleges Kyle Stopa Stole Over $500,000 from Him
Samuels goes on to say how Kyle with his gang of meth addicted minions broke into his home. The Army veteran says Kyle Stopa and gang stole over $500,000 worth of precious gems, pearls, gold, silver, jewelry, electronics and other expensive equipment.
Neil Samuels and his disabled father were left homeless with nothing. This is how Kyle Stopa and his crime boss brother Mark Stopa treat army veterans and our elderly senior citizens.
A source close to the FDLE investigation said law enforcement is now investigating Kyle Stopa as a person of interest in a number of Stopa Federico crimes in the greater Jacksonville area.
Word on the street is that his ex-wife Lindsey has a lot to say and she is talking. Even though she is now married again, she can’t forgive Kyle for breaking up the family and all he has done to the children over the years.

Kyle Stopa’s kids have also been traumatized from all the years of abuse. Lindsey related how Kyle failed to pay alimony and child support. She also alleges her corrupt attorney brother Mark Stopa manipulated the Family Law court system with false accusations against her to protect him.
Mark Stopa loves blackmailing Judges and using Family Court to harm his opponents.
Lindsey told friends there were times they didn’t even have food and if it wasn’t for her local church one Christmas, the kids wouldn’t have had any presents.
One of Lindsey’s close friends related how Kyle Stopa is a shitbag and his brother Mark is even worse. She said Kyle and Mark would hit up the gay bars all over the Orlando and Jacksonville red light districts until the early hours of the morning.
Consequently, they would both stumble through the doors at dawn all sweaty smelling like nasty man-musk with boy butter smeared all over their shorts.
Mark and Kyle would also then try to convince Adrienne and Lindsey they only go to gay bars for the cheap drinks and to dance with lesbians.
