The Mark Stopa criminal files keep getting bigger and bigger. MarkStopVictims.com has uncovered a plea by a former Stopa foreclosure client Holly Dickson. In her pleading to the Florida Supreme Court in August 2018, she alleges that Stopa represented her from 2009 to 2017. She also alleges Stopa sold her property to an “investor” 18 months prior to the foreclosure sale. In addition, Dickson didn’t know at the time that the investor was Mark Stopa and his wife, Adrienne Federico. Stopa and Federico used a New Mexico shell company to purchase the property.

Dickson’s plea for help from the Florida Supreme Court is dated August 18, 2018. This also nearly a month after the Florida Supreme Court suspended Stopa’s law license It is also two weeks after his office was raided by FDLE.
